Do I have to change my accounting software?
Not necessarily. Acco can be used for document digitization and electronic invoicing. You then hand the records to your accountant as an export, for example to XLSX or MRP XML. We will go through your specific process during a demo.
Does Acco work on mobile?
Yes. Acco is a web application adapted to both mobile and desktop. On mobile you can capture documents and add the app to your home screen. An internet connection is required.
Does the AI approve documents for me?
No. The AI prepares suggestions and helps with extraction. The results wait for review and confirmation by a person. With eKasa QR codes the data is read straight from the source, not guessed from a photo.
How do electronic invoices over Peppol work?
You create the invoice in Acco and send it through an integrated Peppol access point provider. Received invoices appear directly among your documents. We will go through activating access during setup.
Which companies is Acco for?
Acco focuses on small Slovak service companies and accounting firms. During a demo we check how it fits your work. Payroll and warehouse management are not part of the solution.
